Holly came to Smooth Transitions after a long career in the housing finance market where she helped homeowners weather the market downturn of 2008. Her passion for helping homeowners' brought her to the senior move management industry where her passion and talents could be utilized more than ever before.

Holly is a leader among leaders. Her leadership ensures our staff conduct their duties with confidence and be driven by the “why” of what they are doing.

In fact, most of our office and support staff have followed Holly throughout her career as they know they can trust her ethics and leadership.
